Rock band Muse will play at the Royal Albert Hall in London in April to raise money for young people with cancer. 
The group had decided not to tour this year after a heavy schedule in 2007, which included shows at the reopened Wembley Stadium.
However, lead singer Matt Bellamy has revealed the band had decided to do "a couple of one-offs".
They include one of the Teenage Cancer Trust concerts set to take place at the Albert Hall between 9 and 12 April.
Devised by Who frontman Roger Daltrey, the concerts - which raise money for teenagers with cancer, leukaemia, Hodgkin's and related diseases - are now in their eighth year.
Previous shows have featured performances from Oasis, Paul Weller, Coldplay, Doves, Eric Clapton and Keane.
Orchestra
Bellamy said he was looking forward to performing at the prestigious venue. "I would like to do a concert with an orchestra," he told BBC 6 Music.
"I think it would be unfair to ask all the musicians to come in such short notice for April," he continued.
"But it's something I would like to work towards in the future."
Full details of this year's Teenage Cancer Trust concerts will be announced on 21 February.
